Spiritual Meditation
- Sandy MacGregor, Director of CALM Meditation
Spiritual meditation is an excellent way to get back in touch with your spiritual self. Creative Accelerated Learning Methods (CALM) offers live seminars, as well as seminars DVDs, books and CDs to help ease your journey along this path.
A spiritual meditation CD from CALM will augment your own spiritual meditation practice and help you begin to see your connection to spirit during your journey towards greater self-understanding.
Knowing ourselves spiritually also means understanding our relationships. Why do we have our particular mothers, fathers, siblings, partners and close friends? We have often experienced either pain in or pleasure from all of the close people in our lives. What are the lessons in life that we can learn from them that contribute to our own wisdom?

Sandy proved the power of meditation to himself commencing in 1981. He is a Civil Engineer, a retired Army Colonel and was awarded bravery medals in Vietnam's Cu Chi Tunnels where he commanded the Original Tunnel Rats. He learnt meditation from his son who had already used it to help his asthma and to save his own leg from amputation. Sandy applied it to weight release - 49 pounds (22 kgms) and to controlling blood pressure. He even found inner strength after the tragic murder of his three daughters using these same spiritual meditation techniques.
Sandy founded CALM (Creative Accelerated Learning Methods) which offers several products including enhancing your journey through the use of spiritual meditation music. Effective meditators are well on the way towards connecting with spirit in all areas of their lives, as Sandy himself has discovered in his own life.
Our ability to meditate is one of our most important skills. It is the means by which we can relax and release stress, consciously enhance our ability to heal, reprogram our subconscious responses and begin to contemplate and understand our spiritual connection. (Spiritual being the increased connection to, or understanding of, self).

Thank you so much for the wonderful experience over the weekend at the CALM seminar. The whole seminar was great but I can't express how moved I was when during that first meditation I was met by the Light. I hadn't seen or felt it for many many years. It felt like I was coming home, being welcomed back into some spiritual fold that I'd strayed from ( which indeed was the case in some ways) - it all sounds a bit religious doesn't it but it was a deeply spiritual moment for me. Defining who I really am and what I'm here to achieve has always been a challenge for me but after the weekend and throughout today (lots of alpha visits and a session of meditation already today) I feel like I've got the tools to start on the journey once more. Thank you for defining unconditional love - it's helped. Today my almost-10-yr-old-son and I worked together using some of things I learnt over the weekend - and offering him a much more centred mum than he often gets! He now truly knows his six-times table and he is so proud he is beaming. I've worked in my office all day with your baroque music CD playing and have ploughed through lots of work. There's lots more I could say but I know you're busy and I really just wanted to express my gratitude.

I often, well daily actually, use my peaceful place as a retreat to release the stress of the day and to tap into my inner strength. I am a nurse and so am constantly giving out and sometimes due to various circumstances just need to step back and retreat for awhile to get some emotional strength back. I am finding that I am using my PP more and more. I find retreating to my PP is giving me more inner strength and I am able to tap into a strength that I didn't really realise I was able to. Thank you for your guidance.
